Electrical distribution and small power, lighting and lighting control, data and containment, fire alarm and emergency lighting, mechanical ventilation and comfort cooling, heating, hot and cold water services, drainage and sanitaryware, and commercial kitchen and bar services.
Why integration changes the outcome
Most fit-out defects live at the boundary between M&E and finishes: the socket that lands behind a cabinet, the grille that fights the ceiling grid, the backbar that needs a drain nobody planned. With M&E inside the same team as joinery and partitioning, those boundaries are resolved on the drawing, not with a hole saw.
Testing and handover
Installations are tested, commissioned and documented, with as-installed information handed over so the client and their facilities team know exactly what sits above the ceiling.

- Yes. We can work from a consultant's design or develop the M&E design in-house to suit the interior scheme.

- Yes. Phased and out-of-hours working is planned into the programme where a business needs to keep operating.
