Workspaces are being asked to earn the commute: quiet rooms and collaboration space, acoustic comfort, good light, considered materials and infrastructure that supports hybrid working. We build those environments from the shell to the last fitted locker.
Delivered in-house
Partitions, ceilings, M&E, flooring, decoration and bespoke joinery are coordinated within one team. Tea points, reception desks, phone booths and storage walls are manufactured in our workshop while the building is prepared.
Occupied and phased
Where a business needs to keep operating, we phase the work and plan noisy or disruptive activity around the working day — with the AI engine re-forecasting the programme as each phase lands.
