Services — Flooring

Flooring laid by the team that built everything above it.

Engineered timber, resin, luxury vinyl, carpet tile, ceramic and stone — specified for how a space is used and installed by our own trades, sequenced with the rest of the fit-out.

Materials

Engineered and solid timber, poured resin and microcement, luxury vinyl tile and sheet vinyl, carpet tile and broadloom, porcelain, ceramic and natural stone, raised access flooring and entrance matting. Subfloor preparation, screeds and levelling compounds are part of the scope, not an extra.

Specified for use

A distillery visitor centre, a late-night bar and an open-plan workspace ask very different things of a floor: slip resistance, acoustic performance, spill tolerance, underfoot comfort and how it will look after a few thousand chairs have been dragged across it. We specify to those realities.

Sequencing

Flooring is the trade most often squeezed at the end of a programme. Because the engine room forecasts curing, acclimatisation and protection windows against every other trade, flooring gets the time it needs without pushing the handover.

Questions
Do you prepare the subfloor?
Yes. Moisture testing, levelling and screed works are included so the finish performs as specified.
Can you match flooring across phases?
We plan material batches and protection so phased areas read as one floor at completion.
