Power, lighting, data, ventilation, heating and plumbing designed and installed by our own M&E team — so services land where the joinery, partitions and finishes expect them.

Engineered timber, resin, luxury vinyl, carpet tile, ceramic and stone — specified for how a space is used and installed by our own trades, sequenced with the rest of the fit-out.

Painting & Decoration
Our own decorators finish walls, ceilings, joinery and metalwork to specification — with spray-applied finishes handled in our workshop where the conditions are controlled.

Manufactured Joinery
Bars, back-bars, reception desks, banquette seating, wall panelling, fitted storage and feature pieces — drawn, manufactured and finished in our Scottish workshop, then installed by the people who built them.

Solid Surface
Seamless bar tops, servery counters, reception desks, vanities and wall cladding fabricated in our workshop from Corian-grade solid surface materials — thermoformed, CNC-machined and hand-finished.

Metalwork
Handrails and balustrades, bar footrails and gantries, feature frames and screens, shelving systems and bespoke brackets — fabricated in mild steel, stainless and brass in our workshop and finished in our own spray facility.

Spray Paint & Finishes
Our workshop houses a dedicated spray paint and finishes facility, so joinery, doors, panels and metalwork are finished in controlled conditions rather than on a dusty site.
